First I would "power cycle" the router (pull the plug and keep it disconnected for 10 minutes). Then reconnect the power plug. This might restore the router.
If the above doesn't work I would try the "reset switch" on the back of the router. You will then need to complete the security set-up from a PC connected via a wire. The reset switch restores the router to its factory state.
If it still doesn't work. The router may have burned out its transmitter. In that case you will need to replace the router.
