Hello, i cant attached my htc mobile in my pc model 3400i

Hi Nilesh,

I think you have not install "ActiveSync" in your pc. Install it ..& try it again.

If you had already installed it then you should check your USB cable.. sometime USB cable is not detected coz of fault in it.

ActiveSync software comes with your HTC phone.
