how can connect pc to mobile samsung gt-b3313 i can not surf net please help me

Hi,

Firstly activate internet service on your mobile phone then install pc studio and connect mobile phone to pc using the dedicated usb cable. Call your service provider to get the manual settings for the service which is free of charges.
