Sony vaio factory defaults Closed

Question

Hello, 
I have windows Xp and using Alt with F10, F11, or F12 doesnt work...neither does Esc key...i tried all those and i cant get a menu.. there isnt a 'built in' prog either...is there anythning else i can try to get back to factory defaults?
