Windows 7 doesn't load

Hello, i have a,,dell dimension 8300 Dual Core 3.0 GHz,,,1.5 gb ram,,& 256mb graphic card,& now i have xp sp3 and i wanted to install windows 7,, setup complete all and in end when it start for firt use it take a black screen i left it 3 hours but nothing ...pls help me ??

Hi,

First:
On the Setup of your bios.
Choose the ATA instead of AHCI on the SATA configuration..

Second:
Always in the bios, make sure that your hard disk is in the first place on the boot priority.

its everything okk but i not have sata hard drive ....

SATA configuration is not the nature of the disc but a mode, check in your bios if you find it.

i look in bios for it and no option i update bios from A03 to A07 and setup completes and black screen ....
