Hello,
I am having this weird problem ever since i downloaded the antivirus, Spyware Doctor!! BIG MISTAKEE!!! :/ i cant open any other downloaded programs such as Google Chrome, Msn Messenger, Picassa, AVG etc, i cant even open Computer Properties!!! and further more, i cant install a thing, the options show up and everything, but i never actually get what i downloaded/installed!!! I have tried almost everything but to no avail!! i really need your help, BIG TIME!!!
PLEASEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Looks like your EXE file association is corrupt

Have you tried running the System File Checker ?
Go to the Run box on the Start Menu and type in:
sfc /scannow
This command will immediately initiate the Windows File Protection service to scan all protected files and verify their integrity, replacing any files with which it finds a problem.
