Can't open facebook Closed

Question

Hello, i have tryed EVERYTHNG!! and facebook still wont load, i have no idea what it is. iv tryed installing virus, spyware, malware removers, changed me DNS, uninstalled and reinstalled java, updated firefox. cleared my cache. NOTHING will work. i have a windows XP netbook, its an Eee PC. i think its a virus, im pretty sure it is. but i really dont know how to fix it :( help please

Hi,    

Try to add an 's' after your http, thereby making it a secure site connection.  In other words your url should read:  https://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home instead of https://www.facebook.com/

i am facing similar issues... tried two different computers in two different locations... i just get the login page... and inserting the user and pass... it goes to "internet explorer cannot open the page".

any suggestions?

In Firefox,
Log out of Facebook
to Tools> Clear Private Data
check all, validate
reconnect to Facebook and voila

Hi, 

Try to add /index.html at the end of the url. You should have
https://www.facebook.com/index.html
