Problem of bluetooth in dell insiron 15r.

Hi,

In hidden tools a small icon for bluetooth appears. But from few days instead of that an icon named "9" is appearing and my laptop is not able to recognise any active devices since then. Can you please say what went went wrong and suggest an idea to solve his problem.

Did you reinstall your bluetooth drivers?
