Question

Hello,   

i had inspirion i3 processor dell 1464 lap.i charged it with i7 e4 family charger.but i have given i3 e2  family charger.after using i7 charger once when i on the laptop it's not got power on..even aftr using i3 charger it is not working. i  think may be the higher power supply problem. can u suggest me what had happened to my lap and what i had to do?

Hello,

Please use your original charger, you could have power issue when you continue to  charge with the i7 charger.

Let's try this:

1. Take out the battery.

2. Plug in the cable charger.

3. Restart the laptop by pressing the start button while holding it for 60 seconds to 2 minutes.

4. It should start, then you can put the battery back in.
