My hp pavilion entertaiment has a black scree

Hello,


Thanks to those who will respond o this message! After I start my pc and I press esc it will take me to the system info page where you can look at info, run diagnostic, and do recovery. My pc is fine it display that part but after I press system recovery I see a dash flashing on the top left hand corner and it freaking don't do anything?? It happens the same whe I just start my pc normally. Can someone please help :) the windows 7 is only used for like 6 month and cheap hp won't help when I don't have my warruente.

Hi,

Your recovery partition may be damaged or erased. Boot from your recovery cd and start recovery process. In case not having this disk then you will have either to purchase a copy from Hp or install windows by using installation disk and download drivers to proceed .
