What is the difference between pal and ntsc? I live in Europe.

Hi. NTSC is an American format, PAL is European, Australian and in some parts of Asia.

NTSC = National Television Standards Committee

PAL = Phase Alternating Line

This difference is mainly for broadcasting television.
