Problem with the confirmation code

Hello,

the problem is i increased my security level by adding a mobile number that i don't have anymore,i sold it and forgot to add the new mobile number on facebook,so they're demanding the confirmation code,so i should kiss my facebook account goodbye,or there's a solution???i worked hard on that account,so can anybody help pls?

i don't know if that will work,i don't think it's an email confirmation problem,it's a login problem,i can't login to my account,i'm stopped by that roadblock,it keep sending me the confirmation code to the old mobile number,how can i add my new mobile number without login in,anyway i will try it
