Hello,
My hotmail is also giving me a message that it is blocked. I cannot obviously go on msn, I have contacts of families and friends there. I tried everything, as insturcted, but to no avail. I am getting the message : certificate error- navigation blocked
Can someone please help me

Have you checked the time and date on your computer, adjusting it should resolved the certificate error.
