The issue is very easy to solve as all certificate errors.
Just open your clock, you will notice that the date and time are incorrect. Adjust to the exact date and the error will vanish into the thin air.

I would check the date within your computer. A bad CMOS battery or a BIOS reset can change the date back to the date the BIOS was manufactured. You can then get a security certificate error.
