My game wont work

Hello, i have two ps3's and the one in my room just randomly stopped letting me play a game. i was playing it then i cut it off to go get something and then i come back home and it wouldnt work. so after a few minuets i let my plystation rest, i try it again still nothing. so i try blowing inside the ps3 and cleaning the disk with alcohol and that didnt work. so i decide to go see if it would work in my other play station and it ddnt so now im wonder is it the game or the systms?
