Hello,
I've got a table in such a way like
Age Age Cost
16 20 3500

like the above i've 1000 rows
i need the O/p as if the age is between the range of the two ages , it must return the value in cost column

Comparing and return value based on it
Thunderbird return receipt - Guide
Instagram account based in wrong country - Instagram Forum
Display two columns in data validation list but return only one - Guide
Based on the values in cells b77 b88 - Excel Forum
If cell contains text then return value multiple conditions ✓ - Excel Forum

What is O/p and how to determine the value in the cost column?

Have no idea what you want to achieve.
