Windows 7 pc monitor switches on & off-urgent

Hello,
i have an issue dont know after i have installed few updates of adobe reader its creating prob or dnt know
my windows 7 desktop ,in CRT monitor display goes nd comes back in few sec .. i can say in every 2 sec .. but all other windows tasks are working fine .. some times its working nd working fine for few hrs .. then again same problem

please some 1 help me to find solution of this problem

Are you sure it was the adobe update?

Try doing a system restore to a previous point

yeh thx 4 quick reply bt .. i hav mentioned my prob .. i said it can b adobe update .. bt even after system restore .. problem remains same.. is it related to cimos bettry .. i have 2 change it on my motherbord .. or sm oder issue .. bcoz nw its working fine .. bt still smtimes prob is unbearable

kindly give me few solutions ..
