Hello,I am currently doing MCITP,will i be able to work on a windows 2003 server after the certification?Or,do I have to stop and do MCSE 2003 first before before i upgrade to mcitp?

you will get more reliable information about this chapter if you contact the personels from where you are doing the courses.
they are better qualified to explain you in details about what you may do in the future.
