Real player unable to download

Hello, I can not download with real player. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling realplayer. I have tried enabling add-on in IE and enabling extensions in Google. All I get is unable to download and at the bottom of the downloader window it says navigation to webpage was canceled. I adjusted my firewall setttings to allow realplayer thru and I stll get the same thing.

Switch your MSIE Options to "Use Compatability View". That solved my issues. You could/can also open sites in differenct sessions/windows versus tab-views.

option 1:

Delete temporary internet files ,cookies and retry

Option 2:

Disable your third party firewalls and antivirus and reinstall your browser.Try download via real player
