Can you boot into safemode?
If yes try a system restore to previous point

hi
restart ur system and go in the bios settings
and select the "reset ur bios setting" option
save and exit
restart ur system
u should have ur problem solved by now
(in most cases just replacing the usb mouse with a ps2 mouse solves the issue)
