Hello,

Hi mtsf26,

Try this formula in D3 of Sheet4:
=INDEX(Sheet3!$C$3:$H$8,MATCH(A3,Sheet3!$B$3:$B$8,0),MATCH(B3,Sheet3!$C$2:$H$2,0))

The formula can then be dragged down.
