Reinstall Windows from ubuntu

Hello,

The other week i install Ubuntu on my Acer aspire x3400, after a while the decision i made dawned on me as i started to regret doing so. now i wish to change back to windows but was not given a windows CD and as the recovery partition was deleted i can't recover back to it.

I have download iso file of the windows that i want but have had no luck in putting them on a flash drive and making my PC boot from them. recently i used WinToFlash to attept to make the flash drive able to boot from, but atlast i had no luck.

If someone could help me i would be very great full.
