Columns Matching...

Hi, 

I have a workbook in which there are 3 sets of 3 columns names

(Narration, Debit, Credit)
(Doc. No.,	Debit,	 Credit)
(Diff,	Debit,	 Credit)

Now on third column set i want those entries which are not matching,

The matching criteria i apply manually is that i match "Doc. No." with Chq number or Slip number given in "Narration" in second column set.
