Hello,
few days ago I brought a new Karbonn K9 Jumbo Phone. Company said it supports as a modem. But when i connect it to computer, then system shows that USB CDC device missing. Now I want to know, what should I do with this? And how can I connect it to computer as a modem?
Please help me.
when i installdrv64.exedriver the error is as-the version of this file is not compatible with the version of windows you're running.check your computor's system information to see whether you need an 86(32-bit) or 64(64-bit) version of the program and then contact the software publisher.

Right click on the exe-properties

Click on compatibility tab

Run this program in compatability mode for

Select>>windows xp or windows vista

and run it.See if it works
