Option 1
Go to run and type
cmd and click ok
For vista and 7,you may need to open command prompt as administrator
Run these commands one by one
netsh i i r r
netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns
Restart your PC
Option 2:
Go to run and type
ncpa.cpl and click ok
Right Click on connection and select 'Properties', Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
Click 'Properties'
Obtain ip and dns address automatically
Option 3:
Reinstall network drivers
Option 4:
Call your ISP
Go to run and type
cmd and click ok
