                    Good Morning,
If this pc is windows vista, you must select a network group. It is tough to t-shoot when no OS specifications.

                    Good Morning,
Have you set the ethernet controller to dynamic IP?
On a working pc, go to start...run...cmd...ipconfig /all
note down the network address, something like 192.168.0.100
If you go and perform this task on of the working pc's, they will all have somewhat the same numbers, at least the first 3 of 4 (111.222.333.444)
Now go to the pc you added, and do the same. if the address is anything other than 192.168.0.X, then you are not pulling an ip address, or the controller has a static address assigned.
Have you verified this so far?
