Hello,


my dell laptop screen becomes black when i watch movies in online and immediately it becomes bright.and i get a notification that display driver not working but after few seconds it is working. please help me

There are three possible reasons for this issue

Motherboard drivers

chipset drivers

hardware problem

Try to download latest motherboard and chipset drivers and see if that solves the issue

Not the motherboard driver,its the display driver
