Aircel 2g speed no connection?

Hello,
i have MMX310G 3G USB Manager and aircel sim with gprs activated and getting edge tower,but after connecting my speed is only around 1 kbps.pls help me.i live in lucknow,uttarpradesh.locality indiranagar sec 11 hariharnagar.
