I want to create an ubuntu VM on Kioskea. Is it possible ?

Actually I got this information from another forum. But perhaps is an error...

Actually I know how it works but I do not wan to pay for hosting a VM because it is not a professional purpose.

Do you know if any server in US could it be free?
