Hello,
i tried to restore my factory setting but it stopped sudeenly and after i restart the computer it says smart failure predicted on hard disk. and sometime it says no operating system found... any idea plz am using sony E series

Based on your description our hard disk is failing - doing a restore will not help. I suggest you have a repair shop replace the hard disk and reinstall Windows.
