Cant use my motion eye built in camera

Hello,
i have sony vaio laptop and has a built in camera. my problem is i cant find the application for my motion eye. by the way my laptop was being reformat. before i can still use my motion eye but after the reformat i cant find the application already. but when i use it thru ym, skype it is working.
your help is very much appreciated.

You will need to go to the Sony web site and download the software for the camera. If Windows was re-installed then you probably didn't get the custom software.
