Msn messenger don't open no mater what!!!!

Hello,i have installed the last version of msn messenger (14), & i have no viruse in my computer, i have cheked the firewall settings & the internet settinng,: still the msn didn't open after that i spend like foure hours trying to fix the probleme & i'm very sick of it
not: all the other sites & the other messengers had open normaly
...
so what should i do next the error code is : 80048820
