Hello,

I am getting prompts to update my windows security to 2012 and asking my credit card. after some research I have found this virus is a nasty one. But it seems to me I am the only one who cannot run Rkill even through .com .scr .pif .... It downloads then right when it is done the file is gone. Disappears.... I need help... bad. THANK YOU !!

My computer is a hand me down. I would like to only have ONE user name and I would like to get rid of a lot of programs. Is there a clean up helper that I can use to physically select programs to remove?? I try to remove them from the C drive but it never works right .

Ok so if everything looks good on your end the only thing I have left is 1: firefox wont load pictures, 2: What do I do to finish this cleaning process, Defrag etc.... 3: is there an anti virus that works great I am usre I have to buy?? Kioskea is supposed to be the best right?? Thank You so much for your jelp Sundar7701

Please do this first

I want you to run combofix once again(need not post the log)

Restart your PC twice

Press Windows+R key and type

combofix /uninstall

click ok

This should uninstall your combofix

Do this ,very important
