Hello,

Hello,

Im getting system errors, system check keeps running then asks for update purchase. Obv thats a bad idea. All my documents are gone, seems to be. Nothing in temp files. Anyway says hard drive clusters damaged. I am under impression it is just a bad virus. Tried to download anti=virus but after download it disappears and cannot even run it through command line 'Run'. I cannot system restore either Idk why.... I need major help before it is too late.. Please help!!!

Download exehelper and malwarebytes from a clean PC to infected PC

http://www.raktor.net/exeHelper/exeHelper.com

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4621-malwarebytes-anti-malware/

Boot the PC into safemode with networking

Double-click on exeHelper.com to run the fix.

A black window should pop up, press any key to close once the fix is completed.

Now Install malwarebytes, update and run a FULL SCAN

Post the log

Download

https://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.exe

Launch it.Click on change parameters-Select TDLFS file system

Click on "Scan".Please post the LOG report

Please download GMER from here(doesnot work on 64 bit OS)

http://www2.gmer.net/download.php

Temporarily disable any real-time active protection so your security programs will not conflict with gmer's driver.

GMER will open to the Rootkit/Malware tab and perform an automatic Full Scan when first run. (do not use the computer while the scan is in progress)

If you receive a WARNING!!! about rootkit activity and are asked to fully scan your system...click NO.
Now click the Scan button. If you see a rootkit warning window, click OK.
When the scan is finished, click the Save... button to save the scan results to your Desktop. Save the file as gmer.log.
Click the Copy button and paste the results into your next reply.
