Hello,

the computer will not boot, unless I remove the power cord, battery and CMOS battery for at least 5 minutes. Then it will boot to Windows Vista 32 bit. HD test is good. Memory test is good. I flashed the lastest BIOS from the HP web site dates March 2011. Still no luck. Hint: sound is rough and jumpy... No USB devices are active. Installed a whole new OS from recovery disks including formating the HD. Still will not boot normally. Help !
