Hello, computer will start up to the point of black screen with options safe mode, safe mode with networking, safe mode with prompt, normally, and last working resore, none will get it to load

Hello, my name is Paul...so I haven't connected my ps3 to internet before...bit today I did and an update popped up...which I updated...a 4. Version or so..

But after installing...it was just a black screen ... nothing else..Nd the green light remained on ...so what should I do ...and the power cord has been removed consecutively yet still no improvement
