Conditional Formatting Based on 2 cells

Hi,

I want to use conditional formatting to highlight a whole row based on text in 2 different cells.

For example: I have 10 columns and I need text from column C and text from column H to say two things that will make the whole row red.

Is this possible?

I've tried using ands, if, and ors without success..

too vague

it is possible either by conditional formatting or a macro
