samsung corby s3653 Closed

Question

Hello, 

can someone help me,my corby s3653 now cant do any touch screen keypad or what so ever.i accidently upgrade a wrong firmware.so now my corby cant use anymore,anyone know how to restore to factory setting w/o the unlock key.if there any button in corby that can restore to factory setting?or downgrade the firmware just like old one?
