Hard Disc Crashed Pls Help!!!

Hello,

I have 1TB Seagate and 250GB WD hard disc in my system. 1TB is connected as secondary HDD. I connected my old 40GB PATA HDD (Samsung) for Backup purpose. When I started my PC I lost my 1TB HDD and lost my all the data.

One more thing HDD is making some sound(thak) repetedly in every 15 to 20 sec.

Can any one pls help me!!!

I already tried some data recovery software but unable to detect my HDD.

are all these hard drives PATA drives?

40GB was PATA and 1TB and 250GB is SATA..

I thing that the HDD that says tak has a hole on the disk.Open it or best go to a service for repairing computers.

As to your case, you need to check if your computer could read your HDD.
If you computer could read the HDD,maybe there is some conflict between the software and your HDD.
