Any other way without deleting Norton 360

Hello,
i just bought the 360 Norton virius pack & i really dont want to delete it .. im having a problem where i cant seem to activate it .. keeps telling me that my proxy setting is off & so forth ...checked & its on .. how can i activate this? without deleting Norton & having my laptop fully protected .. thank you so much whomever replys.

Hi joxsyno,

as far as i know just check is ur proxy and internet connection added in ur nortan firewall? if its not then plz try to add it and see is it resolved or not.
