Bluetooth between my cell and laptop

Hello,

i have a dell inspiron n5010 and sony ericson k530i cellphone.
i want to share file between them using bluetooth.
i have a bluetooth icon on the laptop but it has a red cross against it and on right clicking it, there is no "enable" option.It shows a "disable" option.
please help.
my laptop detects my phone but not vice versa.

Hello,

It seems that you are not the only user, encountering problems with the Bluetooth feature of the inspiron n5010.

You should try to reinstall the Bluetooth drivers.
