Pointer going automatic anywhere.

Hello,
i have sony vaio vpceb32en, preinstalled win 7 home basic 64 bit. my problem is my pointing device. my mouse pointer is moving and selecting automatically any where in window and when i would try to move any poarticular place it would not.
but it is perfectly work when i start my laptop on web(in this, it not start windows).
in this, i have tried many time to factory setting by recovery manager but problem not resolved.uninstall and install touchpad driver many time (alps and synaptics) but problem is same.
can u help me?
