Hello,
I also am having a problem.
I restared my Windows vista PC about a week ago and when it loaded back up there was a screen "installing update 3 of 3 0% completed. Do not turn off your computer. It stays on for about 10 seconds and restarts to the same screen.
We tried to do it in safe mode. Still same thing. We even tried to put my windows disc in and do it still not doing anything.
Please HELP!!!
