Hello,
Hi can someone help me pls. My sister moved to OZ last year so she gave me her pc, just 2 days ago it asked me to Activate Window, which I tried witht the product key given to me by microsoft. But the problem is it kept saying "Incorrect Product Key" so i tried going into safe mode to activate it but it says I cant active window on safe mode!.. So plsssss can someone help me on wath to do next..oh i even pushed f10 just to get through system recovery but it just takes me to Setup Utility.

One of the options is to activate by phone and not over the internet.
I suggest you try that. You may need to speak to a real person since it sounds like the computer may have had another copy of Windows installed that does not match the key you have.
