Hello,

I am experiencing some "problems" concerning my PSU. I noticed since a few months ago, that when I start the computer by pressing the power button, it starts to make an aggressive noise, like you are throwing paper in a fan. When this happens I give it a little tap near the fan until it stops. When its making the noise I also noticed that the air does not get out and when I tap until it stops , the air flow gets to normal again.... Its like resuscitating a person from a cardiac arrest :3 .. Can you tell me What can be the problem, and how can I fix it please? :) Thank you

Hello Aud,

If I ever encounter someone in a cardiac arrest, I will try your method, that is slapping the person around.:-)

It seems you have some loose parts in there, it can happen.

I suggest you open the machine, clean it with compressed air and check for jingles close or near the fan.

Good luck

You should open the computer make sure you unplug all the fans from the system board/ mother board for slang. If you dont unplug all the fans and they spin you have to buy a new system board beacause the fans spinning will send a electrical charge to the system board frying it. After you unplug the fans blow out the whole computer with compressed air after done airing it out plug the fans back in and try it out. If the problem is still there call the company the computer was made by and ask them.
