GTA IV low res in my core i7 lappy

Hello,

i have win764 bit, my laptop is core i7,8gbmemory,higher graphic card @1.6MB...

my problem is when i run the gta IV it is in low resolution and i cant adjust it...is there anyone can help me..thank you..

wht is !.6 mb.
Ok go to graphics tab change it
