Formulas not copying from worksheet to sheet

Hi There,

my excel has been doing some funny things lately.

1. When I copy a formula from one worksheet to another, the actual formula does not copy, just the numeral data. Why is that? and how can I fix it?

2. When I "cut" data from a cell to paste into a different cell, the data still remains in the old cell rather than move it. What's wrong with my excel?

Everything was normal but recently something has changed and excel is not functioning as per normal...
