XP PROBLEM

Hello,I was using a hard drive partitioner so I could use a second o/s.Midway through the operation the power to my system was cut off.Now when I start up it cant find the original o/s,and I can't do anything.the message I get is,STOP:c000021a {Fatal System Error}The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000).The system has been shut down.REALY APPRICIATE ANY HELP.
