Activation code difficulty - won't re-enterClosed

Question

I have been running Office 7 pro for years.  I have it on my Windows 7 computer, and I had a system crash, probably a downloaded virus.

I needed to re-install windows 7, and when I went to re-install my program the activation code will not type in lower case letters, and so the code cannot be satisfied.  How do I fix this? My upper and lower case characters seem to work in other programs.
