Window browser will pop up then closed

Hello,

I am using Window 7 and I dont know what is wrong with my laptop as I can connect with the internet but whenever I attempt to go to website, the window browser will pop up then closed. I didnt even receive any message what is wrong.

I dont know what is wrong, i even re-installed the microsoft office or reset the internet explorer but nothing happened. what will i do? please help me. thanks
